Book Review :
This book claims to be a top recommended stress management tool....I would have to agree whole-heartedly! More than a tool, this journal gives examples of stress triggers, explains possible reasons for feeling stress and finally counsels in ways to manage the stress at the readers pace. This journal is broken down in 4 one-week studies, encouraging the reader to record daily stress events. However, I could foresee that some may choose to stay longer in a particular section if the stress trigger(s) have not been revealed or the reader does not feel the lesson was completely absorbed.
This journal is so complete in its resources, evaluations, partitioning the types of stresses and motivating towards a happier, healthier, productive life, that its difficult to believe how much is covered in this journals 119 pages. Other journals or books Ive seen that claim to be stress management tools are either too lengthy in both jargon and psychosomatic theories, or they are full of fluffy feelings that would, in my opinion, leave the reader feeling inadequate or simply unable to correct the destructive behavior.
Stress Diary Journal can change ones life, even if one does not feel they have a problem with managing stress
